She has been formally coaching in my own business for 3 years and have been involved in personal development for over 30 in her sales, training, management, and marketing roles for the pharmaceutical industry. She began her career in health management following a degree in Cell and Molecular Biology. She loves guiding women to a beautiful life of joy, purpose, vibrancy, and abundance, especially helping mums renew and revitalize their lives as the children get older and they begin to question their own role and value. Encouraging mums to acknowledge their potential, gifts, and talents as an individual as well as a mum is hugely rewarding especially when you see them step into their power as a role model for their children. She helps women create a nourishing life where they are healthy, mind, body and soul and living in a way that really lights them up.
