After many years of working with HR in fast-moving tech startups, she took a leap of faith, changed career and became a certified coach and mindfulness teacher. Today she is running her own company devoted to supporting passionate and ambitious professionals with finding balance, reduce stress, improve health and sleep as well as boosting confidence and self-esteem. After going through and recovering from a severe burnout and exhaustion at the age of 27, she’s got a special passion for helping others to prevent exhaustion or to get out of it.
